Disc type Drain Valves

The UPV Rising disc design is a bottom outlet valve. When opening the disc rises into the vessel or reactor to break through any crust or material build up to guaranty draining. The valve is available with a wide choice of options such as metallurgy, seat arrangements, sealing systems to atmosphere and actuators. Other possible features are full jacketing and dead space free connections to vessels.
Typical application: Draining of low viscosity products from reactors & vessels.
