Disc type Diverter Valves

The UPV Disc type diverter valves are specially designed to divert one main flow in two separate flows. The valves are designed to minimize retention areas. They are often used as reactor isolation valves in for example polyester process. Equipped with the vacuum package they are often used for full vacuum applications in combination with high temperatures. The valves are bi-directional.

When opening the discs retract completely into the valve body. This provides an unrestricted full flow. In combination with our maximized port sizes this design offers maximum flow capacity. The valves are available with a wide choice of options such as metallurgy, seat arrangements and actuators. Other possible features are full jacketing, vacuum package and a wide choice of different body arrangements.
